Before any work is undertaken, a signed agreement will be required. 

Charges will be based on a hourly rate, with a £15.00 minimum charge. Charges are not subjected to VAT. 

Payments to be made no later than 10 days after the invoice date. 

Payments can be made by cash or bank transfer, payable to J Hall. 

Only exceptional expenses incurred will be billed; lengthy telephone calls, postage, courier services, printing and colour copying, bank charges etc. 

Every effort is made to ensure I provide a reliable service, however, Jo Hall Solutions cannot be held responsible for loss of service or lost information. 

Contracts may be terminated with 28 days notice, in writing, by either party. 

For insurance and safety reasons, Jo Hall Solutions premises are not open to personal visitors.
